Linda joined SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston in 2012. Linda specializes in Landlord and Tenant Representation for Office, Office Medical and Office Condominium development projects. She has over 12 years of experience with many types of commercial properties including Retail, Land, Industrial and Multi-Family projects. She is dedicated to her clients and works closely with them to achieve positive results.

Over the last 5 years she leased and closed more than 225 transactions including more than 150 transactions since the pandemic and more than 65 in 2021. Whether they are a Fortune 500 company or a small start-up, she is dedicated to each client and treats every transaction large or small with paramount importance. She responds to leads with urgency and possesses a high success rate converting prospects to tenants. Her professionalism and persistence in effective prospecting and lease negotiation consistently provides favorable results for her clients.

She has experience with new construction projects and various types of office space with properties sizes ranging from 22,000 SF to 80,000 SF. She has leased and sold office space in Energy corridor, Katy, The Woodlands, The Woodlands Sub-Markets, Texas City, many other markets of the Houston Metro area. Her suggestions and opinions are valued by her clients. She has been with our firm for 10 years and she has experience working in the three major markets in Texas. Linda is a long-time board member for Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County and is the President Elect for 2022.
