The J. Beard Real Estate Company represented the Landlord and Sadler Clinic (tenant) in the 60,000 SF and 20,000 SF, build-to-suit, medical office project, located on a 54-acre, mixed-use site. J. Beard Real Estate subsequently sold the 60,000 SF building to an institutional investor and is currently marketing the 20,000 SF urgent care facility for sale, with a 15-year lease in place.
