(Kingwood, TX –January 31, 2023) SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston has recently completed the sale of a Class A, multi-tenant office building located at 1710 West Lake Houston Pkwy. in Kingwood, TX. The 25,669-square-foot building sits on 1.99 acres and is located within a growing residential and commercial market. The attractive, two-story building was originally designed and built in 2007 by Woodforest National Bank primarily for retail banking and operations as part of the mixed use King’s Harbor development. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston has recently represented the buyer in the purchase of Town Center I & II office buildings located at 1450 Lake Robbins Dr. and 1330 Lake Robbins Dr. in the heart of The Woodlands. Containing over 275,000 square feet combined, the two, six-story buildings are adjacent to The Woodlands Mall.
