Beard Real Estate Company has represented the recent sale of the newly-constructed 128 Vision Park office building at 128 Vision Park Boulevard in Shenandoah, Texas. The three-story, 75,000 square-foot multi-tenant, general office building was purchased by VP1 Partners, LP, from 128 Vision Park Plaza, LLC. The building was 30 percent leased at the time of the sale. “Developed by D’Agostino Companies, the building was purchased by a local partnership intent on enhancing leasing,” said Jeff Beard, CCIM, president of The J.
