Bonnie joined the SVN | J. Beard team in 2021 as an Associate Advisor. Bonnie has recently worked with Coldwell Banker Realty, where she specialized in commercial transactions.

She has been actively involved in sales and leasing, representing both owners and investors for a variety of property types including industrial, land, medical, and multi-family throughout Greater Houston.

Bonnie has three years of commercial real estate sales and leasing experience and will bring a client focused approach to our team. Prior to commercial real estate, Bonnie worked in business development for 20+ years. Bonnie graduated UCLA and previously lived in Southern California, Germany, and Omaha, NE before moving to The Woodlands in 2012 where she resides with her husband and four children.
