Shenandoah, Texas -  November, 2008  -  Bike Lane has signed a lease for 6,000 sf at the Sam Moon Center on I-45 North Freeway in The Woodlands submarket. Bike Lane is a family-owned bike shop offering a wide variety of bicycles, accessories and services. Bike Lane will relocate from their current location on FM 1960 in January of 2009. Jeff Tinsley of The J Beard Real Estate Company in The Woodlands represented the owner, SM Center Conroe, in the transaction. Todd Hardin of the The J.
