Houston, Texas- January, 2009 – The Woodlands based, J. Beard Real Estate Company, LP has arranged the sale of a 14.93 acre tract for industrial development in Harris County. The parcel located at Richey Road and Hardy Toll Road was purchased by a private partnership of The Woodlands, Texas from the seller, Airport 288, II, out of Phoenix, Arizona. The site has access from both South and North Hardy Toll Road at the Richey Road intersection. The development will be marketed as build to suit and individual industrial sites. Site construction will begin in April 2009. Herb Jackson, of the J. Beard Real Estate Company in The Woodlands, will be responsible for all leasing and sales of the project. The J.
