Karyn received her Texas Real Estate License in 1999 and has varied experience in the commercial real estate industry throughout the greater Houston area including the Sales and Leasing of Office, Retail, Medical, Church and Industrial facilities, as well as Land Sales and Build-to-Suits. She has worked with business owners, lending institutions, insurance companies, churches, individuals, and other investment entities. At The J. Beard Real Estate Company, Karyn is responsible for the marketing and leasing of a variety of commercial properties. Karyn moved to The Woodlands area in 2002 and has been focusing on The Woodlands, North Houston and Montgomery County properties and has developed good relationships through networking with and marketing to other Commercial Brokerage Firms in the greater Houston/Montgomery County area.
