John brings a wide breadth of experience as a principal managing retail property portfolios. In his previous position, John was the Senior Real Estate Manager for Landry’s Restaurants for 5 years. He was directly responsible for all real property transactions across the country for over 300 units, including numerous transactions exceeding $10 million dollars. His responsibilities included development activities and the acquisition and disposition of restaurant, entertainment and casino properties. Prior to joining Landry’s Restaurants, John served as a portfolio manager with Service Corporation International and Pennzoil adding to his diverse retail property experience.
