Zach has worked in the Commercial Real Estate Finance business for five years. Zach’s present duties include marketing and sales for a variety of properties, including office, retail, land, and medical professional facilities.

Prior to coming to The J. Beard Real Estate Company, Zach served as Branch Manager and Commercial Lender for Woodforest National Bank. As a lender, Zach was responsible for financing multi-million dollar commercial real estate projects in The Woodlands and Northwest Harris County. Having grown up in a family of real estate developers, Zach understands the importance of providing excellent service, trust, and strategic partnerships. He earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Real Estate from Baylor University and holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the state of Texas.

He and his wife, Allison and young son live in The Woodlands, where Zach has been a life long resident.
