Prior to The J. Beard Real Estate Company, Tim was responsible for the management of all retail operations for The Woodlands Operating Company. Tim’s experience in property management and leasing, coupled with his strong customer service skills, provides an exceptional perspective to any business deal.  He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas and also a member of ICSC.

 

Tim and his wife Nikki have two children, Courtney and Sydney and have lived in The Woodlands for over nine years.
