Developer To Deliver 80,500-SF Urgent Care Center in June 2008

Sadler Clinic preleased the new medical facility at 9305 Pinecroft Drive in The Woodlands, Texas. It will be completed in June 2008.

It will serve as an expansion for Sadler Clinic's existing facility at 9201 Pinecroft, according to Tom Pisula of Pinecroft Center IV LLC, the property developer.

Reportedly, the Urgent Care building will consist of an ambulatory center, surgery, radiology therapy and MRI services. The building is four-stories high with a total building area of 80,500 square feet and is in the Pinecroft Professional Center complex directly across from Memorial Hermann Hospital.
