Jeff Tinsley - is responsible for marketing and leasing retail, medical, professional and office properties for The J Beard Real Estate Company.
Prior to joining The J Beard Real Estate Company, he was a leasing representative in the commercial division of The Woodlands Operating Company. Jeff is equally skilled at handling Landlord and/or Tenant representation. He also has over 10 years of restaurant industry experience managing all aspects of the business. His extensive restaurant background emphasizes his focus on service and attention to detail throughout the leasing process and provides a unique perspective for many retail transactions.
Jeff is a 1989 graduate of the University of Oklahoma and has held a broker's license in the State of Texas since 2001.
He, and his wife, Veronique, have two children, Mason and Morgan.
