The J. Beard Real Estate Company brokered the acquisition of the 9.31-acre tract for the seller, Owen Properties, to the buyer, Synergy SAR, LLC, in 2015. Improved with a two-building, office warehouse project originally constructed in 1979, The J. Beard Real Estate Company continued to manage operations of the property while working to assist the buyer and the developer, Everson Developments, LLC, to with concept, design, and eventually development of Havenwood Office Park.
The complex was designed by Powers Brown Architecture and constructed by EE Reed Construction, L.P. The J. Beard Real Estate Company is also handling the marketing, property management, and leasing of the building.
