Diana Gaines - Marketing Director, plays a vital role in servicing the company's current clientele as well as new business development. She also takes an active role in guiding marketing efforts and maintaining the firm's listings database.

Diana came to The Woodlands in 1998 to work with the Commercial and Land Development Divisions of The Woodlands Operating Company, L.P. after six years in Japan. She was directly involved in marketing to major retailers throughout Japan working closely with top executives and clients such as Nissan, Sony, Mitsubishi and Toyota.

She has over nine years of experience working in the Northwest Houston and Montgomery County real estate markets. Diana has worked in the retail/office leasing and land development disciplines. She also has held a marketing & leasing position for a downtown Houston office developer. Diana holds a Texas Real Estate License and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She lives with her family in The Woodlands.
